i fished mangrove snapper on a 6500 baitrunner down in sanibel and i caught rays and little sharks and had something pick it up and spool the reel to about 20 wraps in about 15 seconds b4 cutting through the leader

excellent bait if its big enough, all the sharks in the keys seem to have a taste for them

Just an average fisherman.

I got my biggest snook freelining a grover off a jetty..never had much luck with them for sharks most of the ones I get are best for targeting smaller species.
