I.D? Dusky?

Almost looks like a white to me. Maybe Im just crazy. Mid 80's Johns pass village. Found the pic in an old album.

It's a tiger shark. Difficult to tell because the fish is dead and beat up looking. The age of the photo doesn't help and there are no visible stripes, but look at the body profile, fin position and head shape and size.

Its been driving me crazy forever. Ive been looking for this pic for years. It does look like a Tiger now that I think about it logically.

its is a tiger i would say but since it's nose is on the ground and pushed forward i can see where a white shark could be in the question

Another indicator that it's a tiger and not a GW is the position and size of the gill slits. White sharks have much longer slits that go slightly under the body. The second dorsal is also too big for a white.

I agree with y'all reasoning but the Lower jaw looks too far back to be a tiger tigers have a blunt nose and jaws are right under it

Ive always wondered since I was a small child. I havent seen the pic in many years. Just found it. Thanks for the info guys! Appreciated. I was debating. Didnt think It was a white but due to the condition couldnt really tell what the heck for sure. Thanks guys!

its head is pushed onto the ground and forward
