In 2010 the rules for the Triple Crown competition changed whereas SFSC membership did not automatically get you in the Triple Crown.We made it so that the money pooled together by those wanting to compete for the Triple Crown was divided into three equal parts to be given out after the competition ended on December 31.In 2010 only eight anglers payed to be in the Triple Crown and so at $25 each there was $200 in total to be split three ways.We are hoping that many more will get in the Triple Crown competition for 2011 .We had some big fish caught in the 2010 Triple Crown well represented by some very good shark fisherman throughout Florida.This competion can be entered by anyone who fishes for sharks from land anywherte in the world.You don't have to be a SFSC member .We encourage anyone who feels they can compete on a high level to get involved and show us what you have .Maybe in 2011 we will break 14 foot,,,,,,you never know!!!Congratulations to the winners.
