Whats your go to big hammer, tiger, bull shark bait?

Whatever that is swimming in the area that I can catch that day which is legal to use. No skull and bones off the docks, no freezer burned trash on my hooks.

seems like bulls can't pass up a fresh ray just before the 2nd sand bar. tigers will eat just about anything but fresh is always best.
I've caught my biggest of both species on whole sharks. sharpnose and blacktips over 30" but no bigger than 44"
