I need some help choosing baits. I'm going to be fishing Boca Grande and I'm thinkng of using lady fish or mackerel. There are alot of them around and are easy to catch. Are they good baits? Any other sugestions?

both are decent baits. u want sting rays. should be easy enough to catch/gig some on the flats around there

Yeah! Last year I saw hundreds of sting rays in huge schools but they wouldn't bite 
. But I cuaght lots of lady fish and mackerel.

Snatch hook them with a treble hook, Or gig em man. Dont waste your time trying to get cownose to bite, way easier just to snag em. 
I agree, rays are the way to go. (I prefer rays over all others.)
