The "bait" How old is too old?

So we all know that fresh bait is the best, but with that being said I have also caught sharks on bait that I had used the previous night, and refrozen and then used again the next night. My question is at what point or how many times a bait can be frozen/refrozen before it becomes useless shark bait, if nothing else is available?

Sometimes It gets to the point where I won't touch it haha. Any suggestions why the shark hit the older bait?

Dont Think He Ment Too, Proably Smelled The Fresher Cuda & Went After The Head First. We Got The Other Bait Back & Took It Back Out 5 min. Later And He Hit That Also, Just Never Know  ;)

I've seen a tiger eat a frost bitten frozen head that was in the freezer for over a year.

Far out that's insane! Was the bait frozen a special way or just chucked straight in the freezer?
