Here is the best example of our stimulus dollars at work to date. They are planning on rebuilding a 106 mile paved trail for fishermen, hikers, and bicyclists in the fabulous Florida Keys, including the entire 7 mile bridge. It will be finished by 2013. If this doesn't stir up some excitement in the fishing community, I don't know what will!

That's great news .Imagine the fabulous fishing and camping possibilities if they open up the entire portion of the seven mile bridge to fishing ,not to mention the king of bridges "Bahia Honda".I really hope that Bahia Honda is one of the 3 bridges that will be reattached .If and when Bahia Honda bridge opens we will have a big get together and maybe say a prayer,light some candles at midnight on a clear winter night to commerate Rene de Dios and how much he loved that very special place .Dreams come true,,,,,thanks Janet for the good news.
