Just checking in. I'm a full timer, 38 years old and moving to Bokeelia the at end of this month. I have a boat (15' Triumph CC with a 50hp Yamaha) and private boat ramp right across the street from my new place. If anyone is interested in going fishing let me know...my wife isn't as fanatic about fishing as I am! I work from home and have a very flexible work schedule. John

HI John, used to live in Cape Coral ,I fished Pine Island , Check out "Capt. Cons" killer Fried grouper sandwhiches& crabcakes!
When you just want to be lazy, go fish his "pier"{Dock}
I caught a Southern StingRay that was 5' across there, took 3 of us to pull it onto the dock,
Got it on a half LadyFish; I had the whole thing{2' alive} letting it swim but a Shark about 5'+ tore it in half, so I threw it back out & the Ray picked it up! took about 20 minutes to land 50/80 /Penn 309Mw/#50BigGame7/0hook,150#stainless leader.
I still have the Stinger; I soaked them in Bleach/water , overnite, they look like Ivory when it's done,
His Stinger was 8" long!
