hi,

If your lookin for a 9/0 size reel look at daiwa 900h great reels and are all anodized aluminum plus a 1 piece frame along with the insides are easy to clean and hold more line and have a stronger drag. You can find them on ebay easily and I've had mine for 6 years and never had a problem at all with mine unless u really want a penn daiwa 900h is better and same price

On mine I have 1000 yds of 100lb braid and a 125lb bullbuster top shot that's around 170yds definitely more line than a penn 9/0 can hold

well the only problem for me is its a little more expensive but a lot more drag, a ton more line, and if its just as loud i think the wait for a little more money would be worth it. iv heard of the daiwa before just never looked into it thanks!!! :D

And my drag is upgraded to 36lbs at full spool and it only cost 30$ for 9lbs more drag I haven't checked the new drag specs for new ones but I know they were 27lbs in the older one I have great reels tho and strong as hell

Ya that's plenty if u get spooled it was meant to be I've never been spooled cuz I also put on a glove when bout to get spooled and press on the spool ill either turn em pop it or pull the hook lol and that's nice they added drag to it its a good solid reel and you can get a big shark on em a 13ft tiger was caught on a penn 9/0 like 30 years ago and he was usin dacron its all about how u play em I start heavy pressure on the shark bout ten minutes into it if they still goin amd agin never been spooled
