Hello There,
I am new to this site, My name is Chris Angel. I live in Cape Coral. I have shark fished a little with my dad but nothing serious. The biggest shark I have caught was like a 3ft Blacktip. I Still have A lot to learn about shark fishing though. Recently I got a Penn senator 6/0 Special from my friend I am hoping there is a way I could increase the drag some more than what its max is right now so that I can catch some bigger shark. I plan on spooling it up with as much 80lb powerpro as it can hold. I still have just mono on the reel right now. I have been fishing out in Sanibel on lighthouse beach and out near blind pass but I still haven't hooked into anything.
So thats pretty much it.

Which Spot? Matlacha, Lighthouse beach, or blind pass?
blind pass is a good spot. used to do alot of fishin there when i lived over there. keep at it
