Hey there, my name is Melinda and I have been shark fishing for about 2 1/2 years although I have been fishing since I was about 9.
Fishing is my passion. I love the ocean and nature in general. I am a hardcore fishing chick. A typical fishing day for me lasts about 36 hours straight.
I recently did the BTC as my first tournament and had a blast. Really, I am just looking for people who want to get together and fish. Kind of tired of shark fishing alone and it's no fun when you have huge shark on the line and you have to do all the work alone. 
I have caught nurses, blacktips, lemons, and one hammer about 8 feet (it bellied up and died when the line snagged a piling). My biggest shark to date was a nurse a little over 9 feet and my favorite catch was an 84 in blacktip I caught while fishing the south jetty in Sebastian. My next two goals are a bull and a hammer at least 13ft. See you on the water.
