does anyone else do bimini twists on their shark rigs? do you recomend it with the heavy mono 80 100 130lb range?

I've been using them for a while, but they seem to repel sharks 
, havent had it tested yet. I've done them on 100 lb, but cant get it to lay right on the 130.
