We Tryed Long Key First, ( Thats Where Luis Caught The Big Bull Shark On A Out Going Tide ); And Got Hit Almost Instantly. But Cut Off, Black Tip I Think; ( So J.D. Said "Go South More") And Thats Where We Got 1 Lemon Shark (BIG), 2 (BIG) Black Tips, & A Huge Nurse Shark :D :D :D To Answer Your Original Question I Say Long Key, You Can Fish Both Tides, Just Got To Be Super Careful When You Shark Fish In Coming Tide, Because You Are Under The Main Highways Pileings, You Need To Watch Your Line And Fish Inbetween The Pileings, And A GOOD Flashlight To Watch Your Line. Lots Of Factors Down There But They Do Pay Off In A BIG WAY ;)

Got To Remember That Their Is Nothing To Get Away From The Elements On Long Key, No Stores Around To Buy Food, (Just Straight Hard Core Fishing). Most Of The Time You Haver To Stop At The Marinia's Along The way To See If You Can Get A Fish Carcass To Shark Fish With. Long Key Tests The Strongest Of Will's & Strength. Bring Every Thing With You You Can Think Of!!! Rope, Food, Water, Light, A Tent Or A Sleeping Jacket, Rain Gear, Extra Tackle etc. Its Like Camping On A Bridge, Act Like Your Out In The Middle Of The Wild Blue Younder. ;)
