Are there many blacktips and spinner sharks around Palm beach/Stinger Island in Mid March- early april?

More than you can count in my opinion, but every year is different, the migration may come earlier or later than that.
Just an average fisherman.

February thru mid-March is prime time in that area - for BT action with a few SPs in the mix.
