Heres a story about a chance encounter with a LBSFisherman that turned a tourist into a sharker for life. Good story about our sport and a positive light for LBSF.

That's a cool story, one question, are you that tourist that was turned, if so, how big was that bull, the story said it was measured but never said the true length, and I know one guy chest deep in water cannot pull a 1000lb bull shark off of a sandbar... and that back in those days it was extremely rare to find a catch and release fisherman..., but all around its cool how some people get into shark fishing and the different techniques used by different people.
Just an average fisherman.
Wasn't me I'm born and raised here i Florida. I believe the author somewhat exaggerated
But the story was cool and thought it was some positive publicity for us.
