Thanks for the list dude that's helpful with phone #s and all but i think half hitch pier was condemmed after a big storm.
Panama city beach now has three piers the two listed are now 1500+ ft plus there is a shorter pier at St. andrews state park, this one especially has produced some really big fish because of its proximity to the pass into st andrews bay. shark fishing is only allowed at night on all but the St. andrews pier.
The half hitch pier is now known as the city pier(it's owned by the city of P.C.B.) or pier park pier.
And the dan russell pier is known locally as the county pier(county owned) the same annual pass will get you access to either pier though.
