Went to the peir around 7am.
Winds from the North East.
Got a runner on a Gotcha and put him out free line with wire.
Tried to put him out live but he didn't make it.
Then Cesar get a huge hit 
He had him up and down, then he went under and around.
The fish was to green when he came in.
he was in the 10lb range.
It hit a strip of blue runner on a bottom rig.
