I have found the best set up is a rig with a 12/0 owner jobu big game hook, and a second 18/0 lindgren pitman circle hook. Owners are very very expensive and you can substitute them for other j's. Im not of big fan of 49 strand wire, but the easiest way is to make this setup is a 1-3 foot extension out of 49 strand and crimp the lindgren to the the extension. Then make crimp the other loop around your leader and crimp it so it can slide but can not slide off the hook. This allows you the slide the trailing hook to various links to fit your bait perfect. Tape the trailing wire to the leader so it can not slide up or down the leader when you have hooked your bait. It may sound confusing but I have caught some biggins this way.
