Hello Folks for years now the stories about Harnell Blanks have been twisted and bent

out of shape. It seems some folks were very unhappy that they sold the Harnell Brand to

South Bend /Gladding.

So the opinions sometimes even borderline slander about the quality of these blanks.

It seems Harnell opened another company and started producing blanks under a

different name.(Harrington)

well they never really took off!

WHY?

Because they sold all the mandrels made by the old man!

that produce the Harnell rod blanks.

The entire stock ,lock and barrel was sold to Southbend /Gladding.

The confusion on the Internet is all nonsense!

Tons of mis information on the net.

Everybody acts like experts.

They have no clue!

Plus you have a bunch of opinions saying that if they were not from before the sale they are not Harnell.

However !

That is all nonsense.

We are selling the ORIGINAL Harnell blanks

Made in America

The mandrels are located in South Florida.

along with thousands of blanks produced off these (Original) Harnell Mandrels

from the late 60s /70s

The Harnell factory in California produced a grey black blank

The first run after Harnell was bought out they made several different color blanks.

Burgundy most preferred

These are the Burgundy blanks said to be a little better then the black ones.

But that is only opinion.

a good opinion!

These blanks are super flexible and really strong!

exactly what you would expect from Harnell.

The best old time blank Maker!

Currently the Mandrels are owned by Florida Fiberglass/Stuart Aluminum

We hope this clears up all the nonsense that has been going on for years

These are Authentic Vintage Harnell.

That is what this guy said.

Are they really owned by Stuart? I had someone tell me the were owned by Crowder, but I thought they were talking about GatorGlass.

Whats the deal?!?!?!

Let me know!

i have no idea if what they are saying is true or not - i do know stuart is a rather unique individual from conversations i have had with him and that he owns several different companies other than just the guides and butts that we all know about - check out this youtube video and it may actually back up this claim a little bit - make sure to watch the whole thing and you will see why.
