Everol Reels?

I have seen these 18/0 Everol reels. They have as much drags as the big Avets. They seem to be top-of-the-top-of-the-line  The one time I've used them, was AMAZING!!! The clicker is the loudest I've ever heard. The drag is as smooth as it can be. They should put them on a tow truck. They would probably be great for sharking. The 18/0 holds 1500 yards of 200lb. Off the bridges, this thing could probably handle that shark that can spool the 16/0's.

Does anyone have any experience these reels? How do they work?

Give me your opinions

Pier Rat did you see a 18/0 in person somewhere or on the net? or a different size Everol?

I have been looking at Everols in general for a long time. I have had Duels and Alutecnos and can say that both of those Italian companies build great reels. Everol suppose to have the largest gears for the line classes of any reels.

I have never seen any pics of the 18/0's in use on the net anywhere. I have also only seen a few photos of stock pictures no doubt from Everol's site, on sites that sell them. You would think that somebody that bought one would be showing it off on you tube or something, maybe posting pics of it on a fishing site, but nothing. I am starting to wonder if they have actually been produced, other then a few prototypes. The first prototypes had the 14/0 side plates on them with a extra wide frame, I found pics of the prototypes.

The Everol 12/0 2 speed is actually the one I am most interested in. It has the same capacity as a 14/0 Penn Senator, and it is not wide like the 14/0 Everol or super wide like the 18/0. Don't get me wrong I would love to have a 18/0 but I think it would be awkward to level line on while fighting a big shark.

I have just seen them online. I've used the smaller ones for live-baiting in the keys. and yes, i do agree with you, the 18/0 is too big, I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with these reels.
