This is the 2017 BHC Registration Form . If you want to sign up your Team for this year's tournament just print it out ,fill in each anglers information and mail us your check or money order made out to "South Florida Shark Club" 10818 NW 6 ct Miami ,Florida 33168- please include shipping cost .Every angler participating in the 2017 BHC must individually sign the Disclaimer Form. If there are any Junior Anglers fishing on your Team the Parent 'MUST SIGN' the Consent Form.Please make sure and indicate the shirt size on the form for each angler fishing in your Team. Once we have received your payment we will mail out your Official BHC packet. In the US please add $15 to your payment for shipping cost if we are mailing your Team Packet -United States Postal Service will get the box to your address usually in 3-5 days.In Australia Shipping will be via DHL which has the best rates between $145-$180 US seems to be the rate depending on what part of Australia you are in.Shipping to Australia may take up to 10 Days so please allow time to receive your BHC packet.

I see the banner for paypal payment at the top of every page. Can the completed forms be emailed to you if paypal is used? If so, the email address is needed. Thank you

Any Team wanting to Register and pay there 2017 BHC fees can now do it through a Paypal button at the top of our website forum page and one also in our site front page.. In order to compete in the BHC you must also fill out the BHC Registration form with each anglers info and provide that to us via email or through the mail.Email is info@southfloridasharkclub.com Address is SFSC 10818 NW 6 ct Miami, Fl 33168 .We accept money order or check and it must be made out to "South Florida Shark Club" .If you don't want to pay via Paypal just download the Registration Form as it appears here on facebook, fill in each anglers info ,and have each angler sign then mail it to us.You can also pay in person at one of the BHC Anglers Meeting . West Coast Thursday April 6th at Venice Pier at 6pm or East Coast Meeting Thursday April 13th at Advantage Pawn 2031 S St Rd 7 West Park Fl 33023 at 6 pm also. We suggest that the Team Captain collect all the monies from those fishing and make one Payment One Time ,,,rather then different anglers paying at different times-just makes it easier on us to keep track of it all..Below is the link
