Team Shark Fever on the board with a 6 ft nurse. As I headed north loaded for buffalo to hunt some favorite big shark beaches our plans were side tracked by a mechanical failure of my Toyota Tacoma.Long story short ended up calling AAA and having my fully loaded Tacoma flat bedded back home until repairs on Monday so we fished a local beach til 3am with fresh bonitas for bait but a slow bight all night.Time to regroup and plan strategy for next week but meanwhile going local again tonight with the rental of room at one of the few remaining small family owned hotels on Sunny Isles beach not far from Haulover inlet so maybe a big bull or tarpon hunting hammer homing in on the inlet tonight.Good luck to all ,and please be SAFE.

Dirty South Shark Hunters and the Dirty South Girls hit again with a 6 shark night 5 nurse sharks and 1 black tip. I will put up 2 sharks and Tony "seawolf" will put up the rest later today

We took a 2 hour trip up north to a spot tony wanted to hit. we get there around 7 pm and joe "sand tiger" is the first to take out his bait. I guess he didnt see the 4 foot waves that fliped him and washed him to shore so i told everybody i"ll take all the rods out. i start with joe's rods first his 14/0 then his 12/0 and last his 9/0 with 50 lbs test.
then i start with tonys rods i take his 2 14/0 then his 12/0 filled with 80lbs test and his other 12/0. when ima take my poles out joes 9/0 gets hit a real slow run then it stops then it starts again and stops, it was doing this for 3 min. so joe got pissed and did the running man. when he starts reeling in he notice it feels like he is bringin in a big brick pavor, after about 20mins it comes in an 8 ft 8 inch nurse curse.

Hey everyone please remember we need FIGHT PICTURES FOR THESE THREE CATEGORIES

1)SPINNING DIVISION

2)50 LB TEST DIVISION

3)80 LB TEST DIVISION

If you do not have a Fight picture with the angler while fighting the shark with the rod used(spinning,50 lb test or 80 lb test) you cannot submit that shark for those three categories.

Also please mark your tape measure at every foot mark so we can clearly see the each sharks OVERALL LENGTH.We prefer that the wider type construction recoil tape measures be used(easier to see).Take your pictures up close as possible just to get the entire shark in the pic but no further away then that.Take many pictures then post the best ones that comply with the rules.

HERE IS AN ALMOST PERFECT EXAMPLE OF HOW YOUR SHARKS SHOULD BE MEASURED AND PHOTOGRAPHED-thanks to Team 'Smokin Senators'

The tape measure should be held straight from tip of the sharks nose to the tip of the tail. Please do not bend the tape measure up or down along the Tail,Head or mid-body--- A Straight line Front To Back.
