Amazing pictures(got a sticky and OFFICIAL DESIGNATION),amazing anglers,amazing friends,an amazing group of peolple from walks of life having an amazing time on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.I want to thank everyone that came out to celebrate with us and for those of you that could not come out to celebrate with us,, well you missed one hell of a party and hopefully next year you will be with us.This year we went all out for our very deserving anglers that showed so much heart and shark fishing dedication by buying some of the very best Trophies we've ever had in the Big Hammer Challenge.We bought trophies from three different manufacturers and one company in particular is the reknowned leader in designing fishing trophies-thank you JW Trophies.Thanks to Troy Coupel captain of Team Jurassic who traveled from the state of Louisiana to be with us on this very important afternoon.It means alot to us to see anglers equally dedicated about this sport and this tournament to travel from another state to share this celebration with us.Thanks to everyone who helped(you know who you are) in one way or another to make this event possible -every one of you is part of why the Big Hammer Challenge continues to attract more teams with better anglers every year.Without your help we could be where we are .Thanks to Troy Coupel for taking over the Bar bq detail that is usually reserved for our good friend Julio Terzado(bullshark51) who was in the hospital and not able to make it (he is stable and recuperating)Thanks to Isabel Medina for helping my wife with all the kitchen prep work and thanks to those who helped by bringing food and drinks. The stress and exhaustion this tournament puts on us sometimes is overwhelming so the wife and I are glad we get to relax now after a month and half of hard behind the scenes work.We are taking a much needed vacation soon.I want to once again say "thanks" to all the anglers who deserve Recognition for there hard core shark fishing,to them all we have great respect and admiration.We are honored to have you participate in the big Hammer Challenge and we hope you will continue to fish with the same level of dedication as was demonstrated in this year's tournament .Thank you all very much.

I expect next year to be really tuff. All these new people joining in 2011 got them through some fast shark fishing boot camp experience. With all that, i can only expect some records to be broken in 2012 BHC tournament.
As of myself, you can already count me in. Now i know what needs to be done to be up there - for 2012 tournament.
All that i can say is - for this tournament i only had 4 mouths of shark fishing experience EVER! For 2012 - you better be ready!
