Our bid for non shark>>>>> 68" Wingspan on eagle ray
We put in a long night and hopefully it paid off..... The ray and the last nurse were put on the beach at 11:40... Then the long drive home... great catches by everyone, and congrats to all competitors... this was an enjoyable tourney and we hope tp do it again next year...

Thanx for the comments on the eagle ray... it did get tangled in an adjacent line, we untied it and it swam away fine. What an awesome fighter they are though. I caught one last year during the shorebound tourney, but this was Joel's first encounter with one...

Excellent catches everyone, we had a great tournament with great results, some teams really put up some impressive numbers, I would like to add that the shore bound and many other tournaments do not come close, in number of huge sharks caught!!!!! This by far is the best land based tournament out there and I would like to thank everyone involved!!!!!
Every one in this tournament is a winner, so lets all go have a good time at John U. Lloyd park in hollywood this sunday, i will be bringing steak and other goodies!!!!

Bro what pier are you fishing there? If its some secret shark spot then dont respond but just wondering. I am always looking for a new pier worth trying.
