How can a team hold a category if they quit the tourney and asked for thier money back? As is the case with Team Pier Bred.

What? who quit?
If anybody quit they should have never gotten there money back!!!! that's just wrong!!!

That's like telling Las Vegas that you want your money backin a football bet when your team is already 21 points down!!!!

The same thing in fishing if one team jumps out to a major start and gets a 40 shark lead, then another team catches a huge shark that will be very hard to beat!!!!

Wow willy your a great man for helping Quiters with there money back!!!!
LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my book Viktor of Team Pier Breed is in third place;the kid is a great young shark fisherman and deserves to be recognized ,,,,,,,,,that an adult (you know who you are) who was afraid to compete themselves scared him or them out of continuing to compete is a totally different story. If they rightfully show up to claim there third place prize i will gladly give it to them.Like I asked him why would you quit fishing when your team is doing such a fine job,,,,,,,poor kid has been frightened Instead of upholding and encouraging a young man someone is teaching them to react out of fear,,,,,whoever did that is a coward and has no sense of direction for our youth.TEACH THEM TO NEVER GIVE UP ,FIGHT AND MOVE FORWARD IN LIFE!!!That's one of the things young Americans should be taught not fear and cowardice.
No they will not get a single penny back I don't make a penny on this tournament instead i have to come out pocket every year a thousand dollars or slightly more. The shirts they got, the money to ship them ,nobody gives me a penny back for all the multiple expenses i have related to this tourney. My books are open to anyone who wants to analyze money taken in versus money spent.

THE BIG HAMMER CHALLENGE IS BEING MET-------three big hammers lead this competition but if the third place angler does not show up to claim his prize the next biggest shark will get the third place prize. Is that fair enough?I think it is!!!

Multiple blacktip catches will not win the BIG FISH PRIZE so work harder CATCH A MONSTER OR LOSE-----it's that simple.

These sharks are from yesterday. We figured we would put out nothing but big rays and sit on them but every single line got cut from tips swimming into them. So tonight we took a long car ride to get away from them and it worked but we only got one pickup and it couldnt get the ray down. We will keep plugging away at it.

If it was a kid who caught that hammer and was putting in his effort and competing yet some older idiot made the kid quit than i have to agree give the kid the prize he deserves it!!!

He did get that big hammer!!!!

However if he is a no show than the next shark wins!!!

No one made me or my team quit, this was not a cowardice move in the middle of battle we didn't pull out 2 days till closing time, this was more than a week ago halfway through the tourney. I'm thankful to fish it and don't regret anything, but we did decide to withdraw due to many factors, none of which include anyone talking us out of it. Please stop with all the hate my team and I are very capable of maing our decisions and it's very offesnsive to think that you think were unable to make our decisions as a team and as young men. I made the decision after talking to my team as to the integrity of the tournament and if we want to be associated with what happened and we decided to pull out due to what happened, so please stop blaming others for team pier bred's decision. If we we were cowards and wanted to pull out in the middle of battle, we certainly wouldn't do it with 3rd place largest fish, with an almost all junior angler team. I'm very proud of this teams accomplishments. We consist, of one 14 mike, 15conner, 16stanley 17 Viktor (me)and 18 year old (Jamison) and we dont have the numbers of fish as others, but we made it happen for the time that we did fish, between school and other factors such as no cars. We didn't even post five sharks we got in the keys, including a bull and blacktip. this was a peaceful transition, so please stop with the hate.
Good luck to all and I hope to see many sharks caught before the tourney ends.

What was it that happened? i know three things that happened and that was salt trash jumping out to a big lead with numbers, along with Black Bart racking up a ton of sharks, that is two things that happened!!!!!

The third was I caught a 12 ft2 inch hammerhead that your team and its mentors can only dream of doing!!!!
Ask all your older mentors for pictures of a 12 foot hammerhead caught in between electrical poles in the Florida keys.

This feat however should have lit a fire under your ass to fish harder and try to beat me, however you chose to lay down and quit.

If your team quit because of school projects or something in that nature i will totally apologize to you.

However if you quit because salt trash,Black Bart, and Hammer and the phenoms took this tournament over than you are in need of some heart young puppies!!!!!!

And do not say its because my shark died because that is lame as hell!!!!!!

12FT 2 FROM THE BRIDGE BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
