Memories of HARDCORE SHARKING THE 2011 BHC

Our team fought hard to compete and we fell short of our expectations but we sure as heck fished hard ,tried our darndest to "CATCH A MONSTER!!!We fished for the that 'ONE FISH' and found him on a few occasions but were disappointed with equipment failure and other circumstances beyond our control-WE WILL BE BACK AND WITH A MUCH IMPROVED TEAM FOR 2012 "

A big thanks to my team members Big Kenny,Ryan,Nick and Keith-keep the faith --boys we'll be back next year so sharpen your swords .At times I thought I would die from heart failure my chest was tigh,I felt like my 49 year old body could not go on but aleways I kept pushing myself and other teams including my own to keep going .

A great suprise hit an intense fight and another show stopper gone in the wash.This tourney is intense from start to finish and from one moment to the next AND IN the last minute the MONSTER IS ON!!!!!!

We spent alot of money and traveled to search out the big hammers and tigers far away from our south Florida beaches and many times we found unfavorable conditions and slow fishing but that did not deter us from continuing our search of that "ONE FISH"Not all team members could make it on every trip so we did the best we could with short help.

We fished day and night thru rain ,through scorching hot summer like days ,we fished thru cold and even through fog on a beach like we've never seen before.Near and far we fished til our minds were tired and suffering delirium.

Even when I fail my journey through this life is sweetened by all the TRUE and SINCERE friends that have fought battles next to me and never failed me when i truly needed them ,, they loved me despite my weakneses and shortcomings. DON'T LEAVE NOW FRIEND -I HAVE FOUGHT BATTLES I COULD NOT WITHOUT YOU BY ME and although we have lost we have gained it all. #@%K!!! .Life is A dream to be filled with the color and of hardship,defeat survival and the sweet taste of VICTORY learn to embrace them all and you will never lose
