Must have car somewhat of nice gear and $and time to participate. ...I'm located in naples but will be fishing all around mainly from venice down to naples though except a few trips other places

Do you have one other member of your team? We would have a potential three. Might be a bit of a patchwork. I am not positive of the rules, but as long as there are two members there at a time it is legal, or the fish caught is eligible? We are in the Ft. Myers Beach area.
