Josh Came out of pocket with simmilar funds as Willy Fundora , to bring us al together and fish a 4 day tournament in a sport we already admire!!! So he !!!!! The angler!!!! Who feels there the best and should have won last year,...He the one who works hard and money is tight,.... He, The one who will moan and complain untill the end of the BTC!! I as a some what Old Timer with Catches to back me up, will tell you this!!! Whether you fish or not, need the money or dont, enter our brother Joshs Tournament, because he and willy are the last Voices out there for us!!!! in 5 years we may be fishing peacock bass tourneys at this time..

Josh is awesome, I got my first real shark and joined this great site due to his advice.
Quick Story:
I got into shark fishing while looking at you tube videos of cool fresh water fish for aquariums. (in Nov. 2011) Saw a video of a shark tank > saw a video of sharks in a pool > saw a video of Blacktip Hunter landing a big hammer off the beach > saw all the other BlacktipH videos. I was hooked! I knew what I wanted to do with my spare time from now on.
I messaged him via youtube a dozen times back n forth and he said "Dude, give me a call, this is much easier for your questions." He gave me some tips and I hit up craigslist for some gear. All my friends said I was nuts and gave me a sarcastic "good luck."
I watched the videos over n over. Learned about tides, winds, and seaweed via our youtube messages and this forum.
One day this cool guy from GA saw my 14/0 in the sand spike while he was surf casting and we struck up a conversation and he was hooked on the idea of sharkin. Complete stranger then but now he's one of my best buds. We fish all the time. He got a shrk rod and a 9/0, then landed his first big shark (Huge gummy, maybe over 8'). It was not the bull he was after but it was fun either way.
I am super excited for the BTC and the chance to meet Josh and shake his hand along with all the other members. (Met the LWP crew coincidentally)
In the end, I spent some cash on gear and time on the sand improving my sharkin skills. Skipping the bars on weekends and a snowboard trip for the BTC......all because I was looking at aquariums on youtube LOL.
