Here are the official 2009 Big Hammer Challenge registration forms.You can pick a copy at the addresses listed below or you can make a copy ,fill out the required information and mail with your payment and we will send out your Tournament T -Shirts.Please let us know what sizes you need.All Junior anglers MUST have a consent form signed by a parent -No Exceptions!

All sharks caught in order to qualify must be posted on both websites https://www.southfloridasharkclub.com and http://www.boatlessfishing.com .
Registration is $40 per angler or 5 anglers for $175.
