Two Reports in one, I'll start with Sat first.
I went out there with my Wife and her Dad.

It was starting to get really rough up here.
But not at the inlet it was flat calm.

I had some small bait so I put some out.
Got a nice blacktip after missing two solid runs.

Then the sun started going down.

The Macks started jumping along the beach :D
Katelyn's Dad hooks up on his 2nd cast.

So he kept casting and...

Then he gets a solid hit! :o

Nice Bluefish.

So now we have some bait.
I cut some up and cast out on the 950SSm.
Oh NO!!! we're getting burned!!! :o

Look at the bend on the old school Lamiglass Blank :)

So Jim turned the shark and started gaining line and heading for the beach.

Oh no we lost him.... :x
We casted out again and waited for the reel to scream...
Took some pictures messing around with the camera.

Oh he's on agian!!!

Katelyn got some great rod bend pictures!

Another Blacktip No Wait, It has a tag!!

Looks like a Tag from NOAA from the BTC 8-)

I was low on hook had to take the all out

So we left and I fell asleep and forgot to post the pictures.
Then I woke up and went back out there.
These pictures are from today.
I fished with Jonathan,JD Hammer,JD Fagan and his friend.
It was low tide and kinda rough.
So I casted around some...
Oh got a nice afternoon snook. 25 incher

Casted again 26incer

So I walked back and JD Fagan is on!!!

It's taking some drag on the 6 0 what is it?!?
Oh it's a nice Jack!

Man we got so many Jacks today it was crazy!!!
One JD Fagan's friend got was 29lbs.

So I went casting around, got some nice Jacks.
Then I look to the beach and I see JD Fagan & his friend are on again!!!

Man, they're a good team!

So I casted out my 12 0 and Jonathan was watching it for me while I was rigging
up my 9 0 and He says "Oh, Jimmy you just got hit!" Then the reels start to roll slow...
I do the "LevelWind Running Man" and set the hook!
Oh, look at the old Harnell Bend!!!

Nice little tipper!

Then I put him in the Tipper drain, and placed bets with fellow sharkers that he would make it back to the ocean.

So I walked back out casted the 12 0 and 9 0 out and all of the sudden I heard a wave hitting the jetty hard!!! :o :o :o

This wave here went all the way down to the beach soaked everyone and filled my tackle bag full of salt water :x
So I snapped two final pictures for the day, and thats the end of this report. 8-)

Have a good week Everyone!

Good report, catching a tagged fish is like finding a golden egg; rare and precious. You need to record all of the info on the tag and get measurements on those kind of fish so we can track their growth and migration better and eventually help in their survival as a species.

Fagan this isn't bass fishing put your baitcaster away and take that drop weight off your lure

Just an average fisherman.
