The fishing has been awesome lately. Took out 7 friends from college. 5 out of the 7 caught their first sharks.
Hit the Inlet yesterday with my wife. I texted Mike (Fishinfool91) and told him that the jacks were going off. He showed up 15 mins later! We caught 4 in about an hour or so. I lost 4 x raps. There were some monsters around. Enjoy the pictures!
It's been a great week. Jacks should still be around this week with the rough surf. Sure would like to get back on the tippers but I'm waiting on the surf to lay down a bit.

Looks like you had a fantastic day of fishing ,got your buddies tied into some good sharking action and caught a bunch of shark bait for the BHC.Awesome post ,thanks.

Sethwillo, I'm using a Penn Spinfisher 7500 on a crappy 12' surf rod with a broken tip that I bought at Walmart. I really need to buy a better rod for the reel I have. Maybe a Tsunami 11'. I've got 50 lb braid on it and I'm using x raps.
