My friend Chris came down last week to do some fishing, our last trip together of the year. I was able to get a saturday off so we made a day of it. Chris had caught a nice 6ft+ blacktip a few days before so we were feeling good. Very nice calm day, we caught some ladyfish and mackrel in the surf. Immediately we ran out our fresh bait 300 yard right before the marker. no more than 20min and we had our first of two nice blacktips. Both left the water once hooked putting on quite a show. 5'3" and 5'5".
we fished till after sunset with only one run, a 3+ blacktip that wasnt much of a fight.
a great day and looking foward to another.

Nice catch! Hopefully I can land a couple like that tomorrow. 
It was a fun week and a good day. I would like to get a few of those in with one of our Penn Spinning reels. That would be a blast. I just had it in my head that there was a big Tiger out there.
-15 celcius here right now, the beach and 75 80 looks real good. Maybe we get that big Hammer in April.

4 Lemon Sharks 6-7 feet
6 Bullsharks 5-8 feet, one might have been a Dusky.
7 Black tips most 5-7
7 + Nurse
Countless Trout, Ladyfish, JAcks, a few nice Snook and a monster redfish on your rod while you were on a beer run lol.
Next year we get that Tiger!!!! hopefully in April May

yea the smaller ones, i put the hooks on the fins. u dont wanna dig them deep cause it will be hard to hook the shark that eats that shark. good luck
