First Real Shark

This is my first report, finally caught something worthy to share. I headed out to Cape Canaveral Wednesday night to pick up some fresh bonita and grab some margaritas with the girlfriend. We got set up around 5 pm and hooked up a big chunk of bonita and within 10 minutes had our first run. We hooked up and brought in what I think was a little sandbar shark. We put another bait out right after and hooked up to the same thing within 10 minutes of the drop again.
We upped the size of the bait after that and it paid off. About 20 minutes after the drop we hooked up to what I'm pretty sure was a bull shark on our 6/0. We got it up on the sand but didn't get a chance to measure it since we were more concerned with getting it back out there alive in front of the crowd of people that formed, so I'm not sure what size it was, let me know what you guys think.
One of the people on the beach said they saw a sea turtle nesting yesterday, and we saw another sea turtle out on the water which was a first, I'm thinking that was why there were so many sharks out because that's the best we've ever done.
Just wanted to thank all you guys on this forum, I would not have landed anything like this if it hadn't been for all the great info you guys post, so this goes out to all you guys. I'm heading back out as soon as I can to see if I can have similar luck.
Let me know what size you think the bull was.

Congrats! Looks like a Lemon to me but I'm sure others will chime in. Since the second dorsal is nearly as large as the first, that narrows it down to about three species common to that area, the other two being a sand tiger and a nurse shark. The nurse shark is a brownish color and the Sand tiger can hardly get it's mouth closed due to snaggled teeth. The slight yellowish tinge is a dead giveaway. Yep, I'd say Lemon around 7 foot. Nice first "reel" shark!

Thank you! I think you're right about it being a lemon now that I've compared it on google images.
