I am heading out to sanibel on march 27th for the first full moon. High tide is at 7 so should e pretty good. Just looking for people input or experiences on full moons. Hoping for a hammeror big bull. I will be using frozen ray and fresh frozen tuna loin. Any insight would be helpful. Ty

There has got to be some live rays swimming the beaches. I've seen them out there when there have been none at Ft. Myers.
You are in an awesome spot. Ray, and my best bet - Jacks. They are back out in the surf now so I hear. Get your lines in there. Willing to bet they are not out that far.

hey Megaloden. Your info doesn't say your location. Are you from the Lee Co area? If so ill be down May 4th till 12th. It would be great to meet up with a local sharker. I have a offshore day planned and an east coast day or two planned. Other then that ill be fishing Big Carlos and Blind Pass. Let me know if you are available.
Yes I'm in lee co. I live ten minutes from ft myers beach and sanibel. Beginning if may will be great. I work at the end of ft myers beach and am three minutes away from big Carlos pass. Just send me a message when your down Nd well meet up. I also have another friend coming in town then So should be a good time.

Going bonkers up here. -4C for the past week or so. Bought one of the Penn Spincasters Jerry. Looks pretty cool. Will be great for the surf in the day and some short casts for sharks. Supposedly waterproof......
Would be good to have another sharker with us. I will have some friends about, but they are cool. Plus Jack will be down from the 29th until the 6th, he wants to come in the summer as well. He is looking forward to fishing with you and I, he is struggling a bit right now. He needs another glamor pic. Snagged a good one with that lemon shot. Would be great to have a big arse bull shot front on.
We are due! Lighthouse point bro. No excuses, we are going there one day. If we get bad weather from the gulf direction we will go to the lee of the island.
