As soon as i got out of work i went an got some fresh shark bait. I got to the beach around 5:30 I had my first bait in the water by 6 .. my first hit was by 6:20 it was a blacktip it was about 5'-something.... As soon as i pulled it out of the water I took my pic and released it back into water. I had my second bait in the water before 7:00 not even 10 min after I got back from paddling out my bait my 16/0 gets hit it was a fast hit, then it drops the bait, as fast as i started to reel in the slack line I get hit again and it drops the bait.By now I knew it was a hammer by this time. As soon as it took the bait again I didn't give it anytime I started doing the running man and when that shark felt the hook it flung me around and was dragging me towards the beach.The fight was on for about 20 min pulling 200 to 300 yards in fast burst of line then charging the beach and then i felt the shark come off .I knew I lost it... When I seen my hook it was opened all the way almost straightened out completely.Another lost monster i'll get him next time.
