went out last week too soak a few baits after work and a new friend came with cause he wanted to see how it was done from the beach, so we got to the beach got all set up and I explained to him how this will all work and how to use the reels while I paddle out baits. about 2 hours go by maybe and my 80 starts to roll steady and just before im about to set up it dropped the bait, it picked it right back up though and then dropped it again and that was it. I still had bait and the fish left the bait alone. not to much longer after that hit my friend had to go home and after that I got hooked up on my 14/0 to this big fish. I dident get a measurement but I was able to take a few pictures.
