a 2014 summer Recap,,,from Pelagics to Toothy Critters
This summer we fished a big variety of places including Nags Head North Carolina (Outer Banks). We fished the Plantation Key Boat Mart Dolphin Tournament where we placed second Biggest with a 27 lb biull, and first Place largest Junior division with a 23 pounder. We fished quite a bit out of Key Largo with my friend Tyler Parker ,my son Willi and another friend ,Ramon.

OUTER BANKS -NORTH CAROLINA
This was the furthest I,ve ever trailered a boat to go fishing ANYWHERE and it was arduous. On the way to north Carolina my boat trailer blew three tires and one completely flew off the trailer. I ended up spending over $1000 to replace blown tires ,cracked springs ,broken bolts, and lost rims.We rented a 5 bedroom house on the beach so we enjoyed the beach and the local fishing history but the fishing was off for us.We ventured a long way from home to only catch some average sized dolphin, but it was well worth the good times had by all.Well I did do something I always dreamed of doing 'shark fishing from my back yard',,one night we paddled shark baits out into the surf and fished from our second floor deck but only caught a 6 pound skate as the surf temps were still in the low 60's

Tyler's local captain friends were catching Yellowfin and an occasional Bigeye Tuna but we completely stroke out on the Tuna
KEY LARGO FISHING(Home away from Home)
When I bought property in the keys it had been a lifelong dream to have a place in such a beautiful place where the fishing and diving holds such an allure. Our children have enjoyed the waters of the keys in one way or another since they were old enough to walk and so as they got older they grew to love the Ocean and it's creatures as much as I do.We are blessed to have a place away from Miami where we can enjoy the outdoors ALL YEAR LONG.

Sometimes the experiences we have during our adventures are worth so much more than any fish caught.
