we all fished hard for the past three days, landed some sharks and had fun. we hit up a new spot that ive been wanting to fish. a little canal , sure enough we caught 14 jacks in an hour.
packed up hit the beach and landed some sharks. i dropped the 9/0 first and shortly after i realized the line was almost parallel with the shoreline. right as i got up to reel it in it got nailed. did the running man along the shoreline and fought him for awhile. then the damn reel broke in the middle of the fight. i scream for the 6/0 to tie in to. we successfully tie into the 6/0 and land the scrawny sandbar shark. so much drama over a 60 lb shark 
my two friends were in town after coming back from the air force and the marines. so i let the marine get the next shark.
he was ready for battle with face paint and all
the next day was new years eve. hit the same beach and dropped baits my buddy hooks up on the 9/0 its a nice sandbar shark, that gave me some nice shark rash.
the next shark on was handed over to tyler. the run happened a few minutes afet the new year and was on the beach at 12:30. so could possibly be the first shark of the year.
the very next morning were back on the beach.
after dropping the 14/0 far out and the small reels short the far drop gets picked up.
afterwards the baits were out and we waited. the 9/0s had seaweed on it so i had my buddy reel it in. as hes reeling it in really fast all u see is a shark go airborn about 20 yards out and the 9/0 starts peeling line. thats a first for me. so thats how my buddy zac caught his first shark!
right at sunset my 14/0 goes off and i get me a little sandbar shark.
happy new years u guys, my resolution is to fish harder than ever before!

good stuff and nice sandbars, what a ninja on your team! Some of those pictures are really good too and JD is right... one day you're going to hook what I hooked on big carlos pass with a 40-50lb square chunk of stingray!
