This is what you need to read if you wish to use http://photobucket.com/ to post your pictures of that 20ft Great White!!

How to Post an Image on a Forum

This forum support's the IMG code.

1. Log into your Photobucket account. http://photobucket.com/
2. Find the image to which you want to link.
3. Locate the IMG code below the thumbnail image.

Note: The checkbox may only display if you move your mouse over the media.

4. Click in the IMG code field. If one-click copy is active, the yellow "Copied" box displays when you click. If the yellow "Copied" box does not display, manually copy the code.
5. Paste the code into your forum posting.

There now that's out of the way lets take a look at AVATARS those are the small pictures you see next to posters names.........

First and foremost an Avatar has to be under a certain size in order to be able to use/upload it to the forums.

Maximum dimensions; width: 120 pixels, height: 120 pixels,

This is a FREE Avatar Sizer program that you can use to re-size any picture to fit in the Avatar "slot".

http://www.jql.co.uk/avatarsizer.htm Once you have made a suitable Avatar you can upload it to your account at our forums thru the ......

User Control Panel/Profile/Edit Avatar at this screen you will see this "Upload from your machine:" also
A browse button. http://www.southfloridasharkclub.com/foro/ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar
Click the browse button and find the avatar that you made and upload it and wala your in like flint :ugeek:

PS: There are many websites other than the ones i have linked that can do the same things, So if you guys/gals know of those sites feel free to post any helpful hints you can think of

Further more as some may have heard Photobucket HAD some security type problems in the PAST but i believe those are mostly non existent now.

PLEASE keep in mind ANYTHING you post on/in any website has the potential of being viewed and or seen by anyone in the world......NO security measures are foolproof.
Basically don't post it if you don't want it seen
