This has been added to the FORUM RULES as of April 15th ,2009 it is meant to maintain the peace on this site unlike the crap that is tolerated on other sites that we all know.I am all for free speech but not if it's done with malicious and disruptive intentions.

This is a fishing forum, and in fishing fish WILL SOMETIMES DIE.We practice catch and release and encourage all shark fisherman on land and boats to release there sharks quickly after capture unless they want to harvest a non protected species of shark that is of legal size.It is not against the law to harvest some species of sharks in Florida and every angler has the right to do so if he so wishes.We prefer you release all sharks as soon as possible but won't criticize you if you want to keep your catch for the table.
Let me also make this very clear -THIS IS THE WRONG FORUM IF YOU WANT TO BASH SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY CHOSE TO HARVEST THERE CATCH OR BECAUSE IT DIED IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RELEASED.
