If you are referring to Rene, Sharkboy, it is my understanding that a lot of people wanted his daughter to give them Rene's reels. Rene didn't raise any suckers, and from what I know, she sold the rods & reels. He always taught her not to let people take advantage of her. She now has a degree in banking/finance! His daughter was always a good kid & a source of tremendous pride for Rene, may he rest in peace.
I would have never guessed that tiger to be 544 from that picture, I guess the angles are weird, but I always like seeing those ancient sharking pictures. Try and talk to TimmyT about getting some pictures up from his father and grandfather, west palm has a lot of great history too.
Just an average fisherman.
