I paid my club dues last weekend.. how can i get the log sheet?

Colby you are an honest class act kid, therefore all the sharks you have caught since jan1 of this year will all still count, and about the log sheets, William Fundora has them, i will have him contact you and you can pick them up.
Once you receive them just fill out all your catches this year, i think you may be in the lead for most sharks so far!!!!

FILLING OUT CATCH SHEETS

As a new member you will be recieving by mail your 2009 shark club shirt and
other materials including a packet of catch sheets to record your catches throughout the year.It is important that you take a few minutes and correctly fill out a catch sheet for each fish caught that you wish to qualify for our annual prizes regardless of whether it's a shark or a regular fish.Please fill your catch sheet,make a photo copy for your records of the completed form and email or mail us the original at info@southfloridasharkclub.com or by mail to 10818 nw 6 ct Miami,Fl 33168.
PICTURES
Please make sure you send us your catch sheet and the picture of your catch so we can keep a photo record for the annual competition and so that we can use the picture in the club newsletter. On each catch sheets we need to know measurements of shark,time and place of capture,weather and sea conditions at time of capture and other vital information
CATCH SHEET FUNCTION
A)to keep an up to date list of the shark club leaders in the many different trophy and prize categories
B) so we may continue to keep accurate Florida land-based shark fishing records
C)to keep track of the total shark club catches during the year

Please remember:
1)Completely fill out your catch sheet-don,t leave any spaces blank
2)Angler must sign on bottom right
3)Witness to the capture must signs below angler
4)make a photo copy for your records and mail or email us the original
