Only fishing 1 day all week long, but promised to support any South florida shark club member who goes out of his way to provide us with a tournament... Catch em up gys, my 1 day may win it....

went to south beach last night on a the last min. i was dead tired from last night but thanks to george and sonca they boosted me up. as soon as i get there all i see is white caps, i said to myself i knew it 500000000 mhp ne winds = bad waves. i get my first bait ready and i start the yaking it wasnt that bad after u get pass the sand bar i must have took this bait about 500 yards, on the way back when i hit the sand bar a big wave takes me for a ride and there i go swimming with the sharks once i get back to shore i was dead so i tell george and them i aint taking no more baits out so goerge gets on the to take out some baits after fliping 50 times on the yak he gets it and starts going out he takes his first bait about 60 yards pass the bouy then he takes the other bait around the same distance. now the waitng begins at about 9:30 we get our first hit, it was my bait so i grab the rod and he stops then its starts running againg then it stops it did this like 2 more times. i said to george man if he gets it one more time im just set the hook. so there it go's again this time at a steady pace i wait then do the running man yeaaaaaaaaaa i scream i got him hooked, it took a lil line then it started coming in so i started gaining on him then i feel him going back out he felt pretty big about 40 mins later i see my cable but no shark "i used a 30 foot cable" soooooo i go back to my cuban roots and bring in the shark yoyo style when i see the shark i screammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm its a f-ing hammerrrrrrrrrr yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa so george brings me the rope and he hold one side and sonca holds the other side i tie the rope around his tail and screammmmmmmmm gooooooooooooooooo then i scream stoppppppppppppppppppppp they were so hyped they pulled the shark 15 yards from the beach. good thing we got him on the first try with the rope cause the hook was about to come loose i had himm faul hooked on his grills. i turned on my camra to take the pic and its was acting up saying please turn off power so if ya know me i was already geting pissed.... thank godddddd all mighty there was a nice lady there that ask me if she wanted her to take the pic and she will send it to me thanks u jesus prays god so i was worryed she wouldnt send it to me so i ask her for her phone to make a call she said ok so ill called my self to get her number and i called georges phone i gave her my email and when i wake up this mourning she had sent them

it was an 8ft 6 inch new leader for the 500 points by the way it was a scallop hammer
