Game set. Time to wade into the fray folks.

If you want to get liberal Justices out of your rights to access beaches in Texas, you need to know how they voted on opinions set before them. If they don't follow opinions that support your beliefs VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE.

Here are the Justices opinions:

' CAROL SEVERANCE v. JERRY PATTERSON, COMMISSIONER OF THE TEXAS GENERAL LAND OFFICE; GREG ABBOTT, ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS; AND KURT SISTRUNK, DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR THE COUNTY OF GALVESTON, TEXAS

The Court's opinion issued November 5, 2010 is withdrawn and the opinion of this date is substituted. The dissenting opinion issued November 5, 2010 is withdrawn and the opinions of this date are substituted.

The Court answers the questions certified by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Justice Wainwright delivered the opinion of the Court, in which Justice Hecht, Justice Green, Justice Johnson and Justice Willett joined.

Justice Willett delivered a concurring opinion.
Justice Medina delivered a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Lehrmann joined and Justice Guzman joined in part.

Justice Guzman delivered a dissenting opinion.

Justice Lehrmann delivered a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Medina joined.

(Chief Justice Jefferson not sitting)

The Justices of the Supreme Court are elected to staggered six-year terms in state-wide elections.
