Just goes to show you use smaller sharks to target larger sharks. i have used 3 ft bonnet heads and small blacktips with great success on bulls and lemons.

If you ask me that just a shitty plan. Catch the small shark so it doesn't get big and eat people?!
You have to be joking, that will solve nothing.
Australia should just do the same thing California does with Great Whites, close a beach if there is an attack and let them be normally.
