Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the 9 contrary, a recreational freshwater fishing or recreational 10 saltwater fishing license or permit is not required of any 11 resident or nonresident to fish in this state. 12
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.

No license will bring out every moron with a yoyo and a broomstick to fish for free right on top of your lines.
The license fee system brings in over 6 billion dollars to the states enforcement agency's, LIKE FWC who keep the law on our waterways and bridges.
NO FEE'S NO LAW...SIMPLE
don't fool yourself there is already a federal law that if the state doesn't lisence you the feds will.with all the offshore closures can you imagine what they will do if they can manage state waters.tighter limits more consevation areas.contact your state legislatorstell them no or go to KeepAmericaFishing THIS CAN NOT PASS
