election time in Texas-TIME TO BE HEARD

Justice Wainwright delivered the opinion of the Court, in which Justice Hecht, Justice Green, Justice Johnson and Justice Willett joined.
Justice Willett delivered a concurring opinion. These are the Supreme Court Justices that voted in favor of landowners over the rights of the general public.

IT IS TIME TO MAKE YOUR OPINION ON THEIR ACTIONS KNOWN.
VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE
Justice Medina delivered a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Lehrmann joined and Justice Guzman joined in part.
Justice Guzman delivered a dissenting opinion.
Justice Lehrmann delivered a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Medina joined.

The Justices of the Supreme Court are elected to staggered six-year terms in state-wide elections.
It makes no difference what political party affiliation any Justice has if they vote against the will of the people they govern. IF YOU CARE ABOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE BEACHES IN TEXAS, SHOW THEM THAT THIS DOES MATTER.
