Taiwanese fisherman Victor Lin caught this Tiger shark off Taidung Province .The Tiger shark measured 524 cm and weighed 1176 KGs ,,,,,,,,thats 17.03 feet long and 2587.2 lbs!!!!!The jaws measure 84 cms by 61cms

there is a set like that at a local fish market in miami
they told me when i saw that the shark was 18ft
but still def very big
Some of those ty chicks weigh 75lbs. It dont look like what i would think a 17' tiger should. I have seen several close to that and some bigger. the mass is not there to be 17'. I looked at a set that looked as big in a fish house at cape sanblas and the fish was 13'. The mass of the frames tell the story. The mass of the 13' was thicker than the ones in the pic. The gape may have been smaller.

Damm,just happend to have tape measurer and a scale that goes to 3 tons but no camera.Damm dammm.if it is and they do like the real thing,all but the (pointed) bottom right side teeth.i never seen that pointed a rack of chompers specialy on a got to be old as hell fish to get that big.anyway i would love to see the gear he used.and the whole story.but don't loose hope all is possible,remenber delray.
