hi guys how do you rig live and dead stingray with a 2 circle hook rig.

I personally have not had a ray big enough to use a double hook rig. I'll put a single circle hook through the skin, about 1/2 inch or an inch from the edge of the skin. Their skin is super tough. It will hold the bait securely but also tear away to provide a hook set.
There are a thousand different ways to rig a bait and they are all correct. People need to do what works for them. Be prepared to have people tell you "That is the worst way, this is the best way"
