Has anyone tried these with the large senators or avets from a beach? I was looking into fighting belts and probably won't be able to afford one by the time I go to the beach. I am Definately getting one for my spinning rod. Any info?
Hey did you ever get one and have you tested it? I've read up on these and they look OK and have great reviews as far as I've read. What's your opinion?
I use one with my spinning rod and with my squall 60 on a 50lb rod with aftco butt. IT is great and durable. It's fun to fight the smaller sharks with out a harness or belt.

Awesome! I will probably get one for my 6/0 and Spinner and use it with my 9/0 till I get a harness or when I'm too lazy to harness up lol.

i use them on the boat and havnt tried them on the beach (forgot to bring them lol) but they are awesome should be good from the shore too!!!!!!!
